PENGARUH KOORDINASI KERJA, KOMUNIKASI DAN SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS INDRAJAYA KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak

This research effort aims to determine the effect of work coordination, communication and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Indrajaya Health Center, Pidie Regency. Where the independent variables namely Coordination, Communication, Morale and Work Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at the Indrajaya Health Center in Pidie Regency, namely 171 people. Determining the sample size in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula, the sample size in this study was 63 people. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled out by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test through F test and t test, and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R²). Based on the research results, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 2.368 + 0.272 X1 + 0.249 X2 + 0.413 X3. The results of the analysis based on the t test show that the Variables Coordination (X1), Communication (X2) and Work Enthusiasm (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indrajaya Health Center in Pidie Regency. The results of the analysis show that the variable Work Spirit (X3) has the most dominant influence, namely 0.413 or 41.3% on employee performance at the Indrajaya Health Center, Pidie Regency. The relationship between the dependent and independent variables, namely each variable Coordination (X1), Communication (X2) and Morale (X3) on employee performance at the Indrajaya Health Center in Pidie Regency with a correlation coefficient of 0.982. This means that the relationship is very strong. Then the coefficient of determination of the variables Coordination (X1), Communication (X2) and Work Enthusiasm (X3) is 0.9642 = 0.929, this means that there is an influence on employee performance at the Indrajaya Health Center in Pidie Regency by 92.9%, while the remaining 7.1 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
