MANAJEMEN DAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DALAM SEBUAH ORGANISASI

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the importance of office management and administration. Office management is an activity carried out to manage, plan, and control every office activity. Meanwhile, office administration has full control over all activities. In the process of management and administration, the goal to be obtained is to achieve goals efficiently. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach but the emphasis is not on hypothesis testing but on efforts to answer research questions through formal and argumentative ways of thinking. The research data collected is literature, namely a study that examines literacy originating from books, journals, articles and other scientific works. The results of the research show that the objectives of office administration and management in general are; Implementing and developing communication skills, Implementing and developing information technology capabilities, implementing and developing the ability to plan, implement, organize and evaluate tasks that are their responsibility, implement and develop skills in managing letters/documents according to standard operations and procedures to support the main tasks of the institution, implementing and developing services to relations so that the benefits of each party are obtained.
