PENGARUH SISTEM KOMPUTERISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak

One technology that can assist in work in an organizational environment is using a computerized system. By using a computerized system, each unit's office work can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time. This research was conducted because it was to find out the application of the computerized system at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Pidie Regency and the effect of the computerized system on the effectiveness of Employee Work at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Pidie Regency. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registration Office Computerized System is to be able to increase work effectiveness and efficiency in supporting organizational activities. Therefore, if the application of a computerized system is implemented properly, work effectiveness will be achieved.

The computerized system has a positive effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, including those that are on target and running well. In carrying out public services, especially population administration and civil registration services, the employees of the Pidie Regency population and civil registration service have used a computerized system so that public services have been running effectively and efficiently, on time and achieving goals in the operation of a computerized system at the Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. Pidie but there are still problems experienced by employees in the availability of stamps. It is hoped that the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registry Office will provide better service and the performance of employees in completing work requires a computerized system so that it can increase employee effectiveness according to the time and targets set. It is hoped that the Government will increase the provision of facilities and infrastructure for the Population and Civil Registry Office of Pidie Regency, so that it can improve services to the community and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
