STRATEGI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN PIDIE DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENERAPAN NOMOR PANGAN INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA

Abstract


The aim of this research is to find out how the Pidie District Health Service Strategy helps increase the application of P-IRT numbers and how Home Food Industry entrepreneurs participate in obtaining P-IRT numbers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that, apart from the stages of processing P-IRT numbers, the Pidie District Health Service has used three special strategies. These strategies include collaborating with the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives, implementing the Food Safety Cadre Program, and organizing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) activities. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the importance of active participation. The results of the research show that the strategy used by the Pidie District Health Service to increase the implementation of P-IRT numbers is currently working well. However, the Health Service is still trying to collaborate with several other agencies regarding data collection on domestic workers
