Inovasi Pelayanan pencatatan Pernikahan Melalui E-Kartu Nikah Di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Mila Kabupaten Pidie
Abstrak
The aim of this research is to find out how the Mila District Religious Affairs Office implements the E-Marriage Card, which has been used since 2019. The research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, which uses observation, documentation and interviews as data collection methods. E-Marriage Card is a new innovation for recording marriages. The research results show that five innovation indicators—relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, variability, and observability—were evaluated as a whole. Researchers concluded that the E-Marriage Card has the characteristics of innovation. Has the ability to provide marriage registration services that suit community needs. The government has also succeeded in using technology to replace manual services. However, from several points of view, this innovation is still a challenge to implement. One of them is that people do not understand the process of registering marriages via E-Marriage Cards, which are basically recorded and connected to Simkah Web, which is then integrated with the civil registry. So, if there are errors or changes to the data, the changes must be made first in a capil because the SIMKAH WEB application cannot change the data. In addition, network problems also hinder the implementation of these innovations..
