MOTIVASI DAN SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT INDRAJAYA KABUPATEN PIDIE
Abstrak
The sub-district government is an element of administrative administration to achieve predetermined goals, both those relating to the implementation of office administration of a technical administrative nature such as general administration, personnel administration and other public service administration such as guidance and supervision of Mukim and Gampong administration. All of these administrative tasks need to be carried out efficiently and effectively to achieve the goals that have been set. However, based on the fact that all of these tasks have not been carried out as they should be due to several constraints encountered. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how far employee morale can affect their performance at the Indrajaya Sub-District Office, Pidie Regency, to find out how much these motivational factors can influence work enthusiasm of Indrajaya Office Employees. This research was conducted at the Indrajaya sub-district office, Pidie district. Primary data was obtained by conducting field research by interviewing respondents and using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data was obtained by examining a number of literature that had something to do with the problem being discussed. From the results of the study it was found that employee morale can influence the performance of Employees at the Indrajaya Sub-district Office, Pidie Regency. The obstacles encountered include low employee motivation, employee work discipline is still low and the facilities and infrastructure owned by the Indrajaya sub-district office are still limited. It is suggested that the sub-district head should further improve coaching for employees so that they are more motivated in carrying out their duties and it is suggested that disciplinary regulations should be enforced so that all employees can carry out their duties as expected as well as facilities and infrastructure which are still limited should need to be addressed immediately so that employee performance can be improved in a more perfect direction
