EFEKTIVITAS PENATAAN TERTIB ADMINISTRASI PEMERINTAH GAMPONG DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI GAMPONG TEUBENG DAYAH KECAMATAN PIDIE KABUPATEN PIDIE
Abstrak
The Gampong Government is the lowest government organization under the mukim which has the right to manage its own household affairs. Gampong administration in organizing administration related to public services, such as in the field of governance and development. Administrative arrangements are carried out by Gampong Government Officials, in this case the keuchik, village secretary and other village officials. However, based on the reality, all of these services have not been carried out optimally due to several inhibiting factors.This research was conducted with the aim of, among other things, to find out how far the orderly arrangement of Gampong Government administration in realizing public services has been running and what obstacles are encountered in these public services.In this research using descriptive method. To obtain data it is necessary to carry out field research and library research. All data obtained was processed and analyzed using a qualitative approach.
The results of the research show that the orderly administration of data collection in the effort to provide public services carried out by the Gampong Government in Gampong Teubeng Dayah, Pidie District, Pidie Regency has not been carried out as it should. Obstacles encountered include the limited ability of the Gampong apparatus to organize the administration of public services and the limited facilities and infrastructure owned by the Gampong government.
It is suggested that in selecting the Keuchik/Gampong officials, educational background and other requirements should be considered. Facilities and infrastructure that do not yet exist need to be completed immediately so that the services provided are maximized.
