ANALISIS PEMENUHAN HAK NARAPIDANA KELOMPOK RENTAN PADA LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN PEREMPUAN KELAS IIB SIGLI BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 22 TAHUN 2022 TENTANG PEMASYARAKATAN

Abstrak


ABSTRACT

 

Correctional Institutions are places to carry out the development of prisoners and correctional students. Indonesia as a State of Law in the application of punishment to prisoners, no longer uses a prison system but a correctional system that is oriented towards coaching. Pinhabits the penitentiary where inmates gather with sentences ranging from three months to life and the death penalty. This study uses an empirical juridical research method. The results of the study show that the implementation of coaching and fulfillment of rights for inmates at the Class IIB Sigli Women's Correctional Institution in general has been carried out in accordance with Law No. mor 22 of 2022 where in the regulation there is already a content of rights and related to the handling of inmates who are categorized as rental and marginalized groups and their rights that must be fulfilled when serving a sentence in prison. However, in its implementation, there are still challenges in fulfilling the rights of vulnerable groups both from internal and external factors, so government involvement and support are urgently needed to obtain the rights of vulnerable group inmates.
