Petunjuk Penulis

Procedurs and the sequence of manuscripts following:

  1. Manuscripts not have been published already, original creation, and not plagiarism.
  2. Manuscript uploaded is original scientific works and do not plagiarise. A Turnitin attachments which have a similarity of not more than 25% should be attached as evidence.
  3. Articles should be written in Bahasa or English, between approximately 15-20 pages including text, all tables and figures, notes, references, and appendices intended for publication. All submission must include 150-200 words abstract and 5 keywords.
  4. Each manuscript should be accompanied by the following information: the title of the manuscript, the author’s name, affiliation and institutional address, together with an e-mail address.
  5. Manuscripts in the form file word document, submit by, https://journal.unigha.ac.id/index.php/Meusapat/login, and not yet registration, All correspondences should be sent to the following Editorial Office: Amzar Ardiyansyah (Associate Editor), meusapat@unigha.ac.id; 
  6. The sequence of manuscripts following: Title; Author’ Name; Affiliation and Address; E-mail Address; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Research Method; Result and Discussion; Conclusion; and Bibliography.

Persiapan Penyerahan Untuk Penulis

Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.

  1. The manuscript (along with the substance) has not been published and is not in the process of publication in other journals or media.
  2. The manuscript follows the Meusapat: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum writing style/format and references as indicated in the "author guidelines", which is contained in the section "about the journal".
  3. All references and citations follow the format of Meusapat: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum.
  4. All citations (citations) are mentioned in the reference section
  5. Manuscript submitted uses 1.5 space; font letters are typed with 12-pts; using italic (italic) instead of the underscore (except for the url address); and all illustrations, drawings, and tables have been added to the content of the manuscript (not separated)
  6. Manuscripts submitted using Microsoft Word file format (.doc or .docx)
  7. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Meusapat: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum uses license CC-BY or an equivalent license as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly works. 

This license permits anyone to compose, repair, and make derivative creation even for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit and proper acknowledgement to the original publication from Meusapat: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is made to allow users to trace back to the original manuscript and author.
