EFEKTIFITAS BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK ROLE PLAYING UNTUK MENINGATKAN PERILAKU PROSOSIAL SISWA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of role playing technique guidance services to improve students' prosocial behavior. The research used the role playing group guidance method and the research design was Quasi Experimental Design. The total population in this study were 26 students. From this population, there are students who have low prosocial attitudes totaling 13 students called the experimental class and 13 students called the control class. The data collection technique in this study used a prosocial behavior questionnaire. The treatment in this experimental class was carried out with an intervention stage consisting of six stages. The results of data analysis after being given group guidance services using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistical test in the experimental class obtained the value of Sig. of 0.028 (< 0.05) this indicates that Ha is accepted. In contrast to the results of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test for the control class, which obtained a Sig. of 0.563 > 0.514 then H0 is accepted. This means that the role playing technique is effective in increasing the prosocial of students.
