ANALISIS KOMPARATIF: IMPLEMENTASI (SOLUTION FOCUSED BRIEF THERAPY) SEBAGAI SOLUSI PENANGANAN KECEMASAN PSKOLOGIS MENGHADAPI COVID-19

Abstract


Orientasi penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya pendekatan Solution Focused Brief Therapy dalam menghadapi individu untuk mencari solusi baik setelah maupun selama terjadinya gangguan psikologis, penerapan SBFT dapat dilakukan secara praktis, efektif, solutif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis komparatif, yang mengacu pada berbagai literatur spesifik dan relevan antara SFBT dan kecemasan psikologis. Pustaka yang dimaksud berupa artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku referensi, dan informasi lain dari sumber yang dapat dipercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antar teori, baik asumsi dasar maupun konsep yang berkaitan dengan proses intervensi SFBT dalam membantu individu menemukan solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami. Kajian ini selanjutnya dapat menjadi rujukan ilmiah untuk penerapan pendekatan SFBT sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan mencari solusi.
