Efektivitas Pembuatan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) Di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Pidie

Abstrak

This research aims to find out how effective the creation of Digital Population Identity (IKD) is at the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and the obstacles. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner and aims to provide a clear picture of how effective the creation of IKD is at the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The research results show that the creation of a Digital Population Identity (IKD) at the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has been effective because the IKD application provides a Family Card, BPJS, and other features. The IKD application also has good quality because everyone can use it to access it using an Android cellphone or iPhone. The IKD program is also considered effective because everyone can use it. The IKD application can be accessed via the Play Store on Android and iPhone phones. The community has felt satisfaction from implementing the IKD application program, even though there are several obstacles. It is recommended to the Pidie Regency Population and Civil Registry Service that the process of activating the Digital KTP registration used through the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application can be carried out anywhere without having to go to the nearest capil office. Digital Population Identity (IKD) services must be improved and the IKD application must continue to be used because it can simplify administrative services and make things easier for the public.
