FUNGSI KOORDINASI CAMAT TERHADAP TUGAS UMUM PEMERINTAHAN DI KECAMATAN GRONG-GRONG KABUPATEN PIDIE
Abstrak
This research aims to discuss the importance of coordinating government activities at the sub-district level and the coordination problems that must be handled by sub-district heads when carrying out their general duties. This is due to the fact that the sub-district government as the apparatus is responsible for organizing, planning and controlling the program of this integrated coordination. By looking at the recapitulation table of respondents' answers above, it can be seen that the coordination function of the sub-district head in general government tasks in Grong-grong sub-district, Pidie Regency can be categorized as quite good because of the 15 respondents, 91.10% said it was good and 8.9% said it was not good. % and those who said it was not good were 0%. then according to this final result it is declared Very good. And it seems that it is unusual for the village government to carry out the plans given by the sub-district head due to the unavailability of supporting funds for the implementation of the plans given by the sub-district head. The implementation of communication between leaders and employees at the sub-district office, general government tasks carried out by the sub-district head, division of tasks and work relations can be carried out well, but all of this also experiences difficulties in carrying out this coordination because the Grong-grong sub-district area is quite large.
