SISTEM PENYELENGGARAAN PENDIDIKAN PADA SMA NEGERI 1 MUTIARA KABUPATEN PIDIE
Abstract
Mutiara 1 State Senior High School, Pidie Regency, is one of the basic education levels that is subject to and responsible to the Pidie District Education Office. Mutiara 1 Public High School organizes educational activities in an effort to improve the teaching and learning process, such as human resource administration, student administration, teaching program administration and curriculum and management of facilities/infrastructure. However, in reality all types of administration have not been fully implemented because several inhibiting factors were encountered. The aim of this research was to find out how far the education delivery system has been implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara, Pidie Regency, the obstacles encountered and what efforts can be made. This research uses the method descriptive, to obtain data in addition to conducting library research, field research is also carried out. Library research is carried out to obtain secondary data by examining various books and regulations and other literature related to the problem being studied. While field research was carried out to obtain primary data by interviewing respondents using a list of questions that had been prepared beforehand, all data obtained was processed and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Pidie has not been carried out as it should be due to various obstacles encountered in its implementation. The obstacles encountered in conducting the research included limited administrative staff who manage education administration, limited teachers and available facilities/infrastructure to support the learning process at Mutiara 1 Public High School, Pidie district. Efforts that can be made include adding administrative staff, adding teachers, and inadequate facilities/infrastructure that also need to be addressed immediately so that the learning process can be carried out as expected. administrative personnel to manage education administration as needed, teachers also need to be added, in addition to the addition of school equipment which is still very limited, so that the implementation of educational administration can be carried out as it should and the learning process can be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations
