IMPLEMENTASI PENYALURAN BANTUAN PANGAN NON TUNAI (BPNT) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the implementation of non-cash food assistance through E-warong in Gampong Ranto Panyang, Tangse District, Pidie Regency. Non-cash food assistance is food assistance from the government which is given to KPM every month in the amount of Rp. 150,000-Rp. 200,000 through an electronic account mechanism that is used only to buy food at E-warongs/groceries traders who work with himbara banks. The executor of this program is the Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collected through interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the objective of this policy has not been optimally achieved. Because there are still many underprivileged families who have not received registration as KPM and delays in channeling funds from the central government to the KPM accounts. Even though this problem is not a very hindering thing, it still has to be considered so that this program is achieved optimally. There still needs to be an evaluation carried out so that this program runs well.
