PERAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA KANTOR CAMAT PEUKAN BARO KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak


Civil Servants are the most important and decisive element in the organization to achieve goals, because Civil Servants are an element of carrying out tasks in order to achieve goals. Therefore management control such as preventive control, operational control and performance control are needed in improving the performance of Civil Servants. This study aims to determine the extent of the management control system's role in improving the performance of civil servants at the Peukan Baro sub-district office, Pidie district and what obstacles are encountered.

This study used the perception method or by distributing questionnaires to all civil servants at the Peukan Baro sub-district office, Pidie district. From the results of this study, the hypothesis answer is that there is a management control system in improving the performance of civil servants at the Peukan Baro sub-district office, Pidie district. The obstacles encountered were a lack of facilities and infrastructure and a lack of trained human resources.
