Sistem Registrasi Pasien Rawat Jalan Pada Rumah Sakit Mufid Sigli Dengan Pendekatan User Centered Design (USD) Dan Wireframing Berbasis Web
Abstrak
Abstract - Hospitals are healthcare institutions that require effective and efficient administrative service systems, particularly in outpatient registration processes. At RS Mufid Sigli, patient registration is still conducted directly at service counters, causing potential problems such as long queues, service delays, and less optimal management of patient and queue data. In addition, manual registration processes require patients to wait longer before receiving medical services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based outpatient registration system using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach and wireframing to ensure the developed system meets the needs of users, namely administrators and patients. The User Centered Design (UCD) method was implemented through observation, interviews, user requirement analysis, interface design, and system design evaluation. The system was developed using Laravel framework, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL database. The designed system provides several main features such as user login and registration, patient data management, doctor data, polyclinic data, doctor schedules, online patient registration, realtime queue monitoring, QR Code Check-in, and registration reports in PDF format. The results show that the web-based outpatient registration system can improve the effectiveness of hospital administrative services, simplify online patient registration, and support realtime queue monitoring. In addition, the implementation of User Centered Design (UCD) and wireframing helps produce a system that is more user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with user needs at RS Mufid Sigli.

Abstrak - Rumah sakit merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang membutuhkan sistem pelayanan administrasi yang efektif dan efisien, khususnya pada proses registrasi pasien rawat jalan. Pada Rumah Sakit Mufid Sigli, proses registrasi pasien masih dilakukan secara langsung di loket pelayanan sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan antrean panjang, keterlambatan pelayanan, serta kurang optimalnya pengelolaan data pasien dan antrean. Selain itu, proses registrasi manual juga menyebabkan pasien harus menunggu lebih lama sebelum mendapatkan pelayanan medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem registrasi pasien rawat jalan berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) dan wireframing agar sistem yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yaitu admin dan pasien. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) diterapkan melalui proses observasi, wawancara, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka, serta evaluasi desain sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki beberapa fitur utama seperti login dan register pengguna, pengelolaan data pasien, data dokter, data poli, jadwal praktik dokter, registrasi online pasien, monitor antrean realtime, QR Check-in pasien, serta laporan registrasi dalam bentuk PDF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem registrasi pasien rawat jalan berbasis web mampu membantu meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi rumah sakit, mempermudah proses registrasi pasien secara online, serta membantu monitoring antrean pasien secara realtime. Selain itu, penerapan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dan wireframing membantu menghasilkan sistem yang lebih mudah digunakan, responsif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna di Rumah Sakit Mufid Sigli.
