Pengembangan Aplikasi Manajemen Proyek Berbasis Cloud computing Menggunakan Metode Agile
Abstrak
Abstract - Infrastructure development project management requires a structured system to ensure that planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting processes can be carried out effectively and transparently. However, in practice, project management at the village level is still mostly conducted manually using physical documents and simple spreadsheets, resulting in inefficient data recording, difficulties in real-time monitoring, and risks of recording errors and data loss. In addition, coordination among village officials and project executors has not been digitally integrated, causing project monitoring processes to become less optimal. This study aims to design and develop a cloud computing-based project management application using the Agile method to support infrastructure development management in Gampong Tijue. The system was developed as a web-based application using the Laravel framework and Supabase cloud services as the centralized database. The Agile method was applied through several iterative sprint stages consisting of planning, development, testing, and evaluation. The developed system provides main features such as user authentication, project management, project activity management, work progress monitoring, project expense management, and project reporting. The results of the study indicate that the developed application is capable of supporting infrastructure project management processes in a more structured, effective, and transparent manner. Furthermore, the implementation of cloud computing enables project data to be stored centrally and accessed in real time through the internet network. With this system, infrastructure development management in Gampong Tijue is expected to become more modern, efficient, and integrated through information technology.

Abstrak - Pengelolaan proyek pembangunan infrastruktur desa memerlukan sistem yang terstruktur agar proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan pelaporan proyek dapat berjalan secara efektif dan transparan. Namun, pada praktiknya pengelolaan proyek di tingkat desa masih banyak dilakukan secara manual menggunakan dokumen fisik dan spreadsheet sederhana sehingga menyebabkan proses pencatatan data menjadi kurang efisien, sulit dipantau secara realtime, serta berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan kehilangan data. Selain itu, koordinasi antar perangkat desa dan pelaksana proyek juga belum terintegrasi secara digital sehingga proses monitoring proyek menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi manajemen proyek berbasis cloud computing menggunakan metode Agile untuk mendukung pengelolaan pembangunan infrastruktur di Gampong Tijue. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dan layanan cloud Supabase sebagai database terpusat. Metode Agile digunakan dalam proses pengembangan sistem melalui beberapa tahapan sprint yang meliputi perencanaan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi secara iteratif. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki fitur utama seperti autentikasi pengguna, manajemen proyek, manajemen aktivitas proyek, monitoring progres pekerjaan, pengelolaan pengeluaran proyek, dan laporan proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu membantu proses pengelolaan proyek pembangunan infrastruktur desa secara lebih terstruktur, efektif, dan transparan. Selain itu, penerapan cloud computing memungkinkan data proyek tersimpan secara terpusat dan dapat diakses secara realtime melalui jaringan internet. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan pembangunan infrastruktur di Gampong Tijue dapat dilakukan secara lebih modern, efisien, dan terintegrasi berbasis teknologi informasi.
