KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP PROGRAM BPJS KESEHATAN DI PUSAT KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT (Studi pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kec. Peukan Baro Kab. Pidie)

Abstrak


In a country, the government is the organizer and determines the direction of state policy. The government is fully responsible for the welfare of its people and provides public services or services for its people properly. Pidie is one of the districts in the province of Aceh, the district government center is in the city of Sigli. Peukan Baro Health Center is one of the accredited health centers in Pidie Regency. This study aims to look at the quality of public services for the BPJS Health Program at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Peukan Baro District, Pidie Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the services at the Peukan Baro Health Center were very good and had worked in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and the facilities at the Peukan Baro Health Center were good. Every part of the puskesmas synergizes with each other in providing excellent and maximum health services to the community, both for patients who use BPJS Health and for private patients, as the theory is made and the regulations that become regulations are carried out very well. The clarity of duties of each section in handling their respective FUTUKS is the key to the quality of services provided to the public.
