PENGELOLAAN KEARSIPAN TERHADAP EFESIENSI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak


One important source of information that can support the process of administrative and bureaucratic activities is archives (records). According to Fathurrahman (2018: 215) Archives are an important source of information that can support the process of administrative and bureaucratic activities. Archives function as memory centers, decision-making tools, evidence of the existence of the organization and for other organizational interests. The archive function is very important, so there must be good management or management of records from creation to depreciation.

               In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach where researchers were limited in expressing a problem or situation or event as it was to reveal facts and provide an objective description of the actual state of the object to be studied, then Sugiono (2010: 11) argued that in research Qualitative aims to reveal qualitative information so that it places more emphasis on process issues and meaning by describing a problem.

The Organizational Structure refers to the Pidie Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2014. The Organizational Structure Section of the Transportation Service as listed in the attachment is an integral part of the Regent Regulation. The Department of Transportation or commonly abbreviated as the Regional Transportation Agency for Pidie Regency, Aceh Province has the task of carrying out transportation or transportation policy affairs for the Pidie Regency area.

               Records management is an activity that includes receiving, directing, recording, controlling, storing, retrieving. Archives are any written records either in the form of pictures or charts that contain information about a subject (subject matter) or events that people make to help people's memory (that). Static archives are archives that are not used directly in organizing activities or administration.
