Abstrak


This thesis is a model of field research with the main problem is to describe the effect of educational administration on teacher competence. This study aims to find out how the influence of education administration on the pedagogic competence of teachers, especially in the use of ICT. To answer, solve and resolve the problems above, the authors carry out research steps to obtain the required amount of data either through field research or library research. The research that the author uses here is a qualitative descriptive research, using interviews or interviews. The data used in this study are two data, primary data and secondary data, while the source of the data is the teacher, and also certain people who are considered important will provide the necessary data. After the authors carried out the research, the authors were able to find and describe that the effect of educational administration on teacher competence was still very minimal because it was not supported by adequate administrative tools, especially in terms of facilities and infrastructure, and also the direction from the principal to the teacher was not yet intensive. related to the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process.
