PERANAN TATA USAHA DALAM PROSES PENYELENGGARAAN ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN PADA SD NEGERI 3 TANGSE KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak

DSD Negeri 3 Tangse is one of the basic education levels which is subject to and responsible to the Pidie District Education Office. In carrying out educational administration activities in an effort to improve the teaching and learning process, such as human resource administration, student administration, teaching program administration and curriculum and management of facilities and infrastructure. However, in reality all types of administration have not been fully implemented due to several inhibiting factors. The purpose of this research was to find out how far the educational administration process had been carried out at Tangse 3 Public Elementary School, the obstacles encountered.

This study used a descriptive method. In addition to conducting library research, field research was also used to obtain data. All data obtained was processed and analyzed using a qualitative approach. From the results of the research it is known that the educational administration of SD Negeri 3 Tangse has not been carried out as it should. Obstacles encountered, limited administrative personnel, and available infrastructure and facilities are also limited and need additional administrative staff, need to add facilities and infrastructure that are lacking need to be addressed immediately. It is suggested that SD Negeri 3 Tangse must add administrative staff as needed, in addition to adding school equipment which is still very limited, so that the implementation of educational administration can be carried out properly
